Amiga da Limpeza understands that, for example, in the case of hotels, it's impossible to completely shut down the kitchen for these operations, so we're prepared to work with your company on everything necessary to ensure normal operations are maintained.
Furthermore, ventilation units are cleaned exclusively with products approved for industrial kitchen cleaning, as they meet HACCP or Codex Alimentarius requirements. These products are also biodegradable and water-soluble (and we can provide you with technical specifications). Our team works efficiently, adhering to established schedules to ensure your kitchen's operations are unaffected.
